Legacy

Website Terms

Last updated 10 August 2026

These terms cover your use of this website and the Legacy waitlist. They are deliberately short because the website does one thing: tell you what we're building and let you register interest.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. It reserves your place in line for early access; it does not guarantee access, pricing, or a launch date. You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to hello@family.thelegacywallet.app.

What this service is — and is not

This service records your wishes and helps your family and executor act on them. It is not a will, does not replace a valid will, and is not a substitute for the probate process or professional legal advice.

No advice

Nothing on this website is legal, financial, or tax advice. For decisions about wills, probate, inheritance, or estates, speak to a qualified professional.

Accuracy

We describe a product in active development. Features described here may change before launch, and descriptions of planned functionality are exactly that — planned.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any consumer protections you are entitled to where you live.
